Welcome to 11:11 Discounts & Rewards Club (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations as a Member or Vendor of the 11:11 Discounts & Rewards Club.
1. Definitions
- “Member” means any individual who signs up to access discounts and rewards offered through our platform.
- “Vendor” means any business, company, or individual who lists their products or services on the platform and provides exclusive discounts to members.
- “Platform” refers to the 11:11 Discounts & Rewards Club website, app, and all related digital systems.
- “Discount” means any exclusive offer, deal, or promotion provided by a Vendor to Members.
- “Content” includes all text, images, videos, links, data, and materials published on the platform.
- “Game” refers to the interactive feature called “Guess the Deal”, accessible to Members and Vendors.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the 11:11 Discounts & Rewards Club platform:
- Members agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
- Vendors agree to these Terms, the Vendor Agreement, and any operational guidelines we provide.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our platform or services.
3. Membership
3.1 Eligibility
- To become a Member, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete registration details.
3.2 Membership Fees
- Membership is currently offered at $9.99 AUD per year (discounted from $15) until 11 November 2025 at 11:11 PM AEDT.
- Once subscribed, your membership will remain active for the paid term unless cancelled.
3.3 Member Responsibilities
- You agree not to misuse, share, or resell membership privileges.
- You understand that discounts are offered directly by Vendors, and we are not responsible for the fulfilment or quality of goods and services provided by Vendors.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Vendor Participation
4.1 Eligibility & Registration
- To become a Vendor, you must operate a legitimate Australian business with a valid ABN and provide a genuine discount or offer exclusive to 11:11 members.
4.2 Vendor Fees
- Vendor participation is subject to an annual fee of $300 AUD, with a minimum 3-year term.
Discounted to $1 (Free till 11/11/2025) for 1st Year, $150 2nd Year and $300 for the 3rd Year and so on. - A promotional rate or free introductory period may apply as outlined during registration.
- Vendors leaving before the end of the initial 3-year term are subject to conditions detailed in their Vendor Membership Agreement.
- Vendor participation is subject to an annual fee of $300 AUD, with a minimum 3-year term.
4.3 Vendor Obligations
Vendors agree to:
- Honour all discounts and offers listed on the platform.
- Ensure all promotional materials, logos, and business information provided are accurate and lawful.
- Keep their offers and business details up to date.
- Provide customer service for their products or services directly to Members.
4.4 Default or Non-Payment
Failure to pay vendor fees or renewal charges may result in suspension or termination of your listing. Unpaid debts may be referred to a licensed debt collection agency for recovery, and associated fees may apply.
5. Launch & Promotional Terms
- During the promotional period up to 11 November 2025 at 11:11 PM AEDT, both Members and Vendors may receive special launch discounts, free trials, or fee waivers.
- These promotional offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn or altered without notice once the promotional period ends.
- Vendors who join during the launch phase will continue under the agreed promotional conditions until the term or offer expires.
- Membership fees, vendor rates, and platform features may adjust after the promotional period in accordance with updated Terms or CPI adjustments.
6. “Guess the Deal” Game
6.1 Overview
“Guess the Deal” is a free interactive game provided on the 11:11 Discounts & Rewards Club platform. It features Vendor logos, brands, and exclusive discounts in an educational, fun, and engaging format designed to promote Vendors and inform Members about the offers available.
6.2 Purpose
The game is created solely for promotional and educational purposes. It helps Members learn about participating Vendors, their discounts, and offers in an engaging way.
6.3 Cost & Rewards
- The game is completely free to play for all users.
- There are no in-game purchases, power-ups, or monetary transactions.
- The game does not provide any form of financial reward, monetary prize, or cash equivalent.
- Participation does not influence membership or vendor payments in any way.
6.4 Vendor Participation in the Game
- Vendors agree that their logos, offers, and discounts may be featured in the game as part of their marketing visibility within the platform.
- Vendors grant 11:11 Discounts & Rewards Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display their logo, offer details, and related branding within the game.
- Vendors may request updates to their listing or offers featured in the game at any time by contacting our support team.
6.5 Game Data
- The game may collect anonymised performance or engagement metrics (e.g., number of plays, completion rates) to improve member engagement.
- No personal or financial data is collected, stored, or shared through the game.
7. Platform Use
7.1 Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the platform are the property of 11:11 Discounts & Rewards Club or its licensors. Vendors retain ownership of their own logos and promotional materials but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them for marketing, game, and promotional purposes.
7.2 Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Use the platform to harass, spam, or cause harm to other users or vendors.
- Attempt to breach or bypass our security systems.
7.3 Accuracy of Content
While we make every effort to ensure listings and information are accurate, we cannot guarantee all Vendor data, pricing, or availability is current at all times.
8. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Vendor and membership fees are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Where refunds are required, they will be processed to the original payment method.
9. Privacy & Data Security
We respect your privacy. All personal and business information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- All data is hosted exclusively in Melbourne, Australia, within Microsoft Azure data centres.
- Our systems are protected by Microsoft’s enterprise-grade firewalls and security infrastructure.
- We do not share or transfer any personal data outside Australia.
10. Limitation of Liability
- 11:11 Discounts & Rewards Club acts solely as a platform provider and is not a party to any transaction between Members and Vendors.
- We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any goods, services, or discounts provided by Vendors.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data breaches, or service interruptions.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 11:11 Discounts & Rewards Club, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account (Member or Vendor) that breaches these Terms or engages in conduct detrimental to the platform or its users.
- Termination does not relieve Vendors of any outstanding payments owed under their agreement.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
