Refunds & Returns Policy

At 11:11 Discounts & Rewards Club, we value transparency and fairness for both our Members and Vendors. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and subscription renewals are managed across our platform.

By subscribing or registering as a Member or Vendor, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

1. Member Refunds, Cancellations & Subscription Terms

1.1 Subscription & Payment Terms

    • Membership is offered as a monthly subscription, charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
    • All payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment gateways.
    • Subscriptions are valid for one full calendar month from the date of payment.

1.2 No Refunds Policy

    • All membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
    • Members may cancel their subscription at any time, but the current month’s fee remains payable, and no partial refunds are issued for unused days or early termination.

1.3 Upgrades & Changes

    • Subscription upgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle (following month).
    • Upgrades do not take effect within the current active billing period.

1.4 Failed Payments & Account Suspension

    • If a member’s payment fails, the system will automatically attempt to charge the payment method again.
    • After two failed payment attempts, the subscription will be automatically cancelled.
    • Prior to cancellation, the member will receive follow-up notifications via email and SMS.

1.5 Account Reactivation

    • Members whose accounts have been cancelled for non-payment may reactivate by logging in and resubscribing through their dashboard.

2. Vendor Refunds, Cancellations & Subscription Terms

2.1 Vendor Subscription Fees

    • Vendor participation requires payment of an annual vendor fee of $300 AUD, with a minimum 3-year term.
    • Promotional structure:
      • 1st Year: Discounted to $1 (Free until 11/11/2025)
      • 2nd Year: $150 AUD
      • 3rd Year & onwards: $300 AUD per annum

2.2 Payment Terms

    • Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue.
    • Two payment attempts will be made. If payment fails or remains outstanding after the second attempt, the vendor’s account may be suspended or cancelled.

2.3 No Refunds Policy

    • All vendor fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.
    • Early termination or withdrawal during the 3-year minimum term does not entitle the vendor to a refund of any portion of the fees paid.

2.4 Debt Collection & Default

    • Vendors who fail to make payment after two attempts and fail to rectify the account within the payment period may be referred to a licensed debt collection agency.
    • Any costs, interest, or fees incurred during debt recovery will be added to the outstanding balance and are payable by the vendor.
    • Continued non-payment may also result in permanent removal from the platform and forfeiture of promotional visibility or statistical access.

2.5 Statistical Reporting & Data Access

    • From June 2026 onward, vendors in good standing (with no outstanding payments) will receive statistical data and performance insights relating to their offers and engagement metrics on the platform.
    • Vendors who default on payments or terminate early will forfeit access to these reports.

3. General Terms Applicable to All Users

3.1 Currency & Taxes

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes where required by law.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments can be made using credit or debit cards, direct debit, or any other payment method supported by our system.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any Member or Vendor account that breaches our Terms & Conditions or this policy.

3.4 Exceptions Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to override or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty goods or services that fail to meet consumer guarantees.
